Is the rate per person or per hour?The rate is per hour and the duration of your appointment will change depending on how many cleaners you have. For example, if you schedule a 3-hour clean, and have 1 cleaner, it would take 3 hours. If you have 2 cleaners, it would take 1.5 hours. And, furthermore, if you have 3 cleaners, it would take only 1 hour. We often like to work in teams as this makes the cleaning more efficient for both you and us!

How can I pay for your service?After the cleaning, we will ask for your feedback and send you an invoice via email. Please quote the invoice reference number when making your payment.

Payments
Payment is not required at the time of booking or any time before the cleaning has taken place. Once your cleaning has been completed, we will get your feedback and issue an invoice.

Cancellation Policy
You are able to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Please note that 50% of the booking will be charged for cancellations within 12 hours.
